Recent Sold Price Request
Per MLS rules Realtors are only allowed to share recently sold prices with committed clients. You do not have to sign a contract with me, but you must state clearly that you are not working with another Realtor (if you are your Realtor can get you any recent sales price you wish) and that you will agree to work with me when the time comes. Keep in mind you can always change your mind, but when or if you do decide not to work with me I must stop sharing recently sold prices.
Now, for those recent sales prices you are looking for....
1. please email the property address or addresses you are looking to get recent sales prices on
2. please include the following statement in your email "I am not currently working with a Realtor and have not signed any Listing Agreements or Buyer-Broker Agreements with any other Realtors. In addition, I agree to work with Rob Regan of Pacific Union as my Real Estate agent for any properties I am interested in buying or selling. If I decide to work with another agent I will inform Rob Regan so that he may discontinue sharing sold prices with me."
